Our team possess a wealth of experience on the completion of new build, refurbishment, and restoration projects for various sectors within the leisure, health, education, retail, care, housing, and commercial industries.

ACCREDITATIONS

Health and Safety is Paramount to GC Construction Industry Accreditations

We obtain all relevant Health and Safety accreditations such as CHAS, Safe Contractor and Construction Skills (CSCS) demonstrating competency to exceed the most demanding standards set by the Health and Safety Executive.

​

Thus providing our clients with total reassurance with regards to our professionalism in this increasingly important area of the construction industry.

​

Our Management team works closely with Prorisk Safety Management, a specialist Health and Safety Consultancy with extensive knowledge within the Construction Industry, assisting GC Interfinish with Safety Management and performance throughout the company, reviewing the implementation of our policies and Health and Safety Management System.

​

GC Interfinish is dedicated in the delivery of specialist competence and H&S training to all of our team with respect to: CSCS training & H&S tested, First Aid, Site Safety Plus – Supervisor certifications, Asbestos Awareness, Noise, HAVS, PAT, Working at Height (PASMA), Face2fit Training, Waste and Environmental Management.

Our Health and Safety practices are implemented from initial engagement to project completion:

  • Preparation of site specific Project Safety Booklet before the project starts

  • RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statement)

  • COSHH Assessments

  • Health and Safety Policy

  • Site Specific H&S and Welfare Information

  • Regular Health and Safety site meetings and site inspections.

  • Maintaining and reviewing The Health and Safety Management System.

  • Maintaining all Quality and Environmental Management Policies.

  • Completing regular Tool box talks.

  • Preparation of comprehensive O&M Manual upon Project completion
